Refund Policy

At Hotel Nilax, Jaipur (“Hotel”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience to our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refund requests for bookings and payments made directly through our official website, mobile application, or authorized representatives.

1. General Policy

Refunds for bookings are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund eligibility is determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation type.

  • All refunds are processed in the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds may be subject to deductions, including cancellation fees, service charges, or applicable taxes.

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms

For Room Reservations:

  • Flexible Rate Bookings:

    • Full refund if cancellation is made 48 hours or more prior to check-in.

    • 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours prior to check-in.

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in or in case of no-show.

  • Non-Refundable Rate Bookings:

    • No refund will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

For Dining and Event Bookings:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the event or dining reservation will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours prior to the reservation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation.

3. Refund Processing Timeline
  • Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Delays may occur due to the processing times of your bank or payment service provider.

  • For cash payments, refunds will be issued via NEFT or cheque and may take up to 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Advance payments for special promotions or discounted packages marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.

  • Charges for add-ons, such as room upgrades, spa services, or third-party services.

  • Early check-out fees, if applicable.

5. Modifications to Bookings
  • Modifications to bookings may be permitted based on availability and are subject to the terms of the original booking.

  • Refunds for modifications will follow the cancellation policy of the original reservation.

6. Force Majeure Events

In cases where the cancellation arises due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), refunds or credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
