Welcome to Hotel Nilax, Jaipur. By making a reservation, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

  • These terms govern the use of our services, including accommodation, dining, event spaces, and other facilities provided by Hotel Nilax a unit of Shree Buildline(hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel").

  • By accessing our website or availing of our services, you agree to these terms as a binding agreement.

  • The laws of India govern these terms, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.​

2. Booking and Payment Policies

  • Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or as per agreed terms.

  • Payment Options: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other recognized payment methods.

  • Taxes: All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable. Additional local taxes may apply.

  • For group bookings or long stays, special terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM | Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License, etc.) is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

4. Guest Obligations

  • Guests are expected to:

    • Maintain decorum and follow hotel policies.

    • Refrain from engaging in illegal or disruptive activities on the premises.

    • Use hotel property responsibly and avoid causing damage.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Violation may result in a penalty.

  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved under our pet policy.

5. Use of Hotel Facilities

  • Complimentary amenities (e.g., Wi-Fi, breakfast) are for registered guests only.

  • Minors must be supervised by adults when using the pool or other facilities.

  • Guests must follow safety guidelines when using facilities like the swimming pool, gym, or spa.

6. Liability and Lost Items

  • The Hotel will not be liable for loss or theft of valuables unless deposited in the safety lockers provided.

  • Guests are advised to carry travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

  • The Hotel is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

7. Force Majeure Clause

  • The Hotel shall not be held responsible for non-performance or delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as acts of God, government actions, or pandemics.

8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

  • All disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved under the jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
